The truck itself deserves 5 stars - fresh oil change, new wipers, full tank, and the 150-point inspection sheet they sent before I paid was the real deal. Where they lost me was the front end: it took almost two days to get a call back from a rep and I had to chase for delivery updates. Once things moved, everything was great. Fix the phone response times and this is a 5-star operation.
